Chris Coulson
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris is a highly skilled commercial director of a firm that specialises in loss mitigation and defect management. His diverse background includes working for many different companies of all sizes as well as freelance roles, giving him a deep understanding of both large-scale and agile project environments. Known for his detail-oriented and solution-driven approach, Chris excels in commercial management, value engineering and cost reduction as well as ensuring risk mitigation and client satisfaction.

Lyndon Hewitt
Lyndon started out his career as a carpenter joiner but rapidly transitioned into senior management roles in construction, from site and project management to regional director. With deep operational and commercial expertise he has led complex projects and founded a successful home development company. Now heading a firm focused on loss mitigation and latent defect management, i combine hands-on experience with strategic leadership to deliver high-quality, results-driven solutions for the construction industry.
